Driverloo reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any booking based on operational requirements or driver availability.
4. Pricing and Payment
Service charges are communicated before confirmation of the booking.
Prices may vary depending on distance, duration, location, and service type.
Payment can be made through approved online payment methods or any other payment option communicated by Driverloo.
Additional charges, if applicable, will be clearly informed before the service begins.
A valid invoice or receipt will be provided upon request.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
Provide accurate booking information.
Ensure that the vehicle is legally registered, roadworthy, and insured.
Carry all legally required vehicle documents.
Treat our drivers with respect.
Avoid requesting drivers to perform illegal or unsafe activities.
Driverloo reserves the right to terminate a service if the customer behaves abusively or violates applicable laws.
6. Driver Responsibilities
Driverloo drivers are expected to:
Hold a valid driving licence.
Drive responsibly and follow all traffic regulations.
Arrive punctually whenever reasonably possible.
Maintain professional conduct throughout the service.
7. Vehicle Damage and Liability
Driverloo exercises reasonable care in selecting and assigning professional drivers.
However:
Driverloo shall not be liable for damages caused by vehicle defects, mechanical failures, tyre bursts, poor maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
In the event of an accident, liability will be determined based on applicable laws and the specific circumstances of the incident.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their vehicle has valid insurance coverage.
8. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel a booking before driver dispatch.
Cancellation charges may apply if:
The driver has already been assigned.
The driver has reached the pickup location.
The cancellation occurs after the scheduled booking time.
Any applicable cancellation charges will be communicated during the booking process.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Driverloo shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses.
Delay caused by traffic, weather, road closures, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
Loss of business, profits, or opportunities.
Personal belongings left inside the customer’s vehicle.
